The Qualifications We Seek

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of experience in product design, UX design, or UX research
- Strong knowledge of user experience (UX) best practices, user interface (UI) design standards, and usability testing methodologies
- Ability to understand and prioritize user and stakeholder needs to deliver impactful design solutions
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt design methodologies to different challenges
- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience contributing to an organization's design maturity through the creation or maintenance of design systems, or the establishment of formal design and feedback processes

Your Daily Tasks

- Lead the end-to-end product design lifecycle, from ideation and product strategy to solution design, execution, and adoption.
- Define user needs, inform product strategy,



and develop effective solutions that address user and business requirements.
- Establish and improve processes to ensure high-quality UX research and product design.
- Design product enhancements that improve experiences for patients, clinical staff, and non-clinical staff.
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to identify key insights and inform product design decisions.
- Create essential UX deliverables, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Collaborate with designers, software engineers, clinical professionals, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-centered healthcare solutions.
