Are you an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal with hands-on experience supporting U.S. law firms?

We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional based in Colombia to join a U.S. law firm remotely.

Important: Previous experience in U.S. estate planning is required . We are specifically looking for someone who has worked directly with estate planning documents, not just general legal or administrative tasks.

What You Will Do

- Draft and prepare wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
- Support probate and guardianship matters, including financial records, accountings, and documentation.
- Organize client files, maintain accurate records, and manage deadlines.
- Communicate with clients and attorneys through virtual meetings and email.
- Work with cloud-based legal systems and digital workflows.

What You Bring
- 2+ years of paralegal experience supporting U.S. law firms.




- Direct, hands-on experience drafting U.S. estate planning documents (required).
- Knowledge of trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning procedures.
- Experience with probate and guardianship matters is a plus.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
