Case Manager Assistant (English-Spanish) ⚖️

? Schedule: Part-Time | Monday - Friday | 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST

We are looking for a Bilingual Case Manager Assistant to support a Florida Personal Injury Law Firm . The idóneo candidate will have experience assisting with personal injury cases, client communication, insurance coordination, medical records management, and administrative support.

Responsibilities

✅ Assist with Personal Injury case management from intake through resolution

✅ Communicate with English and Spanish-speaking clients regarding case updates and documentation

✅ Coordinate with insurance companies regarding claims and case status

✅ Request, receive, and organize medical records, billing statements, and lien information

✅ Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical providers

✅ Maintain accurate case information within the firm's case management software

✅ Calendar deadlines, appointments, follow-ups, and case milestones

✅ Organize and maintain electronic case documentation

✅ Assist with Civil Remedy Notices (CRN)

✅ Support attorneys with administrative and case-related tasks





Requirements

✔️ 1+ year of experience as a Case Manager Assistant within a Florida Personal Injury Law Firm

✔️ Experience supporting Personal Injury cases and insurance claims

✔️ Experience obtaining and managing medical records, billing statements, and liens

✔️ Strong understanding of Personal Injury case workflows

✔️ Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

✔️ Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills

✔️ Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively

✔️ High attention to detail and professionalism

Preferred

⭐ Experience with Smokeball (strongly preferred)

⭐ Experience with Clio, Filevine, or other legal case management software

⭐ Experience supporting multiple attorneys

⭐ Familiarity with estate planning administrative processes
