Generation is seeking a C&I; associate in Colombia to assist instructors and learners as we launch and scale new programs. The role requires remote work with travel within Colombia and occasional in-person events.
You will support readiness of programs, help select instructional teams, onboard and upskill instructors, and promote a learner-centered community. A bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in education programs are expected, with fluency in Spanish and strong English.
