We're Hiring: Manager of People Operations (Hybrid)
Are you passionate about building organized, scalable HR processes and ensuring employees have an exceptional experience throughout their journey? We're looking for a Manager of People Operations to own and optimize our HR operations from onboarding to offboarding, compliance, employee relations, training, and recruiting operations.
? Location: Medellín, Colombia
? Work Modality: Hybrid
? Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
? Employment Type: Full-Time
✅ What You'll Do
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Administer HRIS and PEO platforms while maintaining accurate employee records.
- Manage training programs, completion tracking, and audit-ready documentation.
- Support recruiting operations, job postings, candidate workflows, and hiring approvals.
- Create, maintain, and improve SOPs and HR processes.
- Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
✅ What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations,
or HR Generalist roles.
- At least 2 years owning and improving HR processes.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and/or PEO platforms.
- Knowledge of I-9, E-Verify, employee records management, and compliance.
- Experience handling employee relations and HR documentation.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication and process-management abilities.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare environments.
- Experience with PrismHR, Vensure, or similar HR platforms.
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
- Experience supporting multi-state HR operations.
- Experience creating and managing training content.
