About the Role

We are looking for a Senior / Lead Full-Stack Engineer to join a growing engineering team. In this role, you will be a fully embedded member of the engineering organization, owning features end-to-end across a Python backend and React frontend deployed on Microsoft Azure.

This role requires a strong mix of technical expertise, ownership, and business communication. You'll work directly with stakeholders, helping transform evolving requirements into practical solutions while driving projects from concept through production.

What You'll Do

Backend & Frontend Development

- Design and build backend services using Python
- Develop React-based frontend applications and integrations
- Create clean APIs consumed by frontend applications
- Own features from requirements through deployment and production support
- Write maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and engineering best practices
- Proactively address technical debt while delivering business value
- Help define technical direction within your areas of ownership

Cloud & Infrastructure (Azure)
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications running on Microsoft Azure
- Diagnose, investigate, and resolve production issues
- Ensure systems remain reliable, scalable, and maintainable





Collaboration & Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a technical point of contact for business stakeholders
- Explain technical decisions and trade-offs to non-technical audiences
- Clarify ambiguous requirements and help shape effective solutions
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
- Independently identify and resolve blockers
- Escalate risks proactively with proper context

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Python in production environments
- Strong hands-on experience with React in production environments
- Experience deploying and operating applications on Microsoft Azure
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience mentoring or leading engineers
- Consulting or agency background
- Experience working directly with clients or business stakeholders
