- You will be responsible for promoting and developing continuous improvement actions with the controllership team with the aim of improving and standardizing processes and generating efficiency through automation.
- Analyze and map existing processes in order to identify business processes that can be automated using the tools available.
- Work together with data and product teams to design financial processes, indicating the most efficient way to store information for application in accounting routines (closings, Financial Statements, regulatory reports, etc.);
- Will contribute to the maintenance core products, analyzing unexpected behaviors, bugs and dealing with complex databases;
- Will improve the accounting closing process, looking for opportunities of automations and controls.
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements for products.

- .A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Intermediate English proficiency - able to participate in meetings, read and write documents, and deliver presentations to diverse teams.
- Preferable prior experience with Banking or Credit products.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic planning capabilities, with the ability to support the understanding and standardization of general business processes.
- Adaptable and assertive communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders including Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Data teams.
- Familiarity with local accounting regulations in Colombia (COL), as well as IFRS, is a plus.
- Desirable knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Scala, and Python is a plus, along with a genuine interest in further developing data skills.

Qué Ofrecemos

- Salary: COP 10,000,000 to COP 13,000,000 per month, depending on experience.
