Descripción

- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Lead key components of the month-end and year-end close process.
- Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Reconcile general ledger balances with operational subledgers.
- Manage accounting controls related to corporate expenses and credit cards.
- Oversee fixed asset and fleet accounting activities and reconciliations.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes, controls, and data quality.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience working with US GAAP.
- Experience working with or international companies.
- Experience with financial reporting,



month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations.
- Advanced English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with and international stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, and SUMIFS.
- Experience working with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
