About Us

We are a video marketing partner, not a videography service. We run monthly retainers for local and regional businesses across chiropractic, medical aesthetics, dental, construction, and home services. One shoot day produces a month of content, and that content is built to drive leads, not just look good. We're a small, contractor-based team, everyone owns their lane and ships on a schedule.

About This Role

We’re adding one person to the editing department whose entire job is generative AI video for short-form. This isn’t a “use AI to speed up your cuts” position, we want someone who’s already three months ahead of the market on models, who knows which engine to reach for on which shot, and who can turn a new release into a repeatable workflow inside a week.

You'll be the internal authority on what's possible right now. When a client asks for something we historically would've had to shoot, budget for, or turn down, you're the reason the answer becomes yes.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Producing finished 9:16 short-form content for client retainers using generative video, either fully AI-generated or blended with real footage shot on location
- Building AI-assisted b-roll, product visuals, transitions, VFX, and scene extensions that hold up next to real camera footage
- Owning character and brand consistency across a campaign, so the same face, product, and look survives from clip one to clip twelve




- Testing new models and features as they release, then documenting what won, what failed, and what it costs per usable clip
- Turning those findings into repeatable templates and prompt libraries the rest of the editing team can run without you
- Working inside our existing script structure (Hook, Intro, Re-hook, Value, Pro Tip, CTA) and cutting for retention, not reel bait
- Flagging where AI is the wrong call knowing when not to use it matters as much as knowing how

What We're Looking For:

- A real editor first — AI output is raw material, not a finished deliverable
- Clean short-form craft: pacing, sound design, captioning, color matching, motion graphics
- Ability to match AI-generated shots to real footage in color, grain, lighting, and lens feel so the seams don't show
- Current, hands-on production experience across most of the generative AI stack below, and an informed opinion on the rest
- Comfortable delivering to spec and to deadline inside a project management system

Qualifications:

Editing

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve (Fusion and Color included)

- Seedance 2.0/2.5, Google Veo 3.1,

- Note: not required to run Sora workflows — the consumer app closed in April 2026 and the Sora 2 API sunsets September 24, 2026. We're model-agnostic on purpose.

- Higgsfield (Cinema Studio, DoP camera presets, Soul/Soul ID, Popcorn, Lipsync Studio, Recast, Marketing Studio)
- Multi-model access through fal.ai, Freepik, Krea, or equivalent
- ComfyUI or comparable node-based workflows, strong plus

Image, character, and reference

- Nano Banana Pro, Seedream 4.5, FLUX.2, Midjourney
- Experience building and maintaining character IDs and brand reference sets across a full campaign

Audio and voice

- ElevenLabs or equivalent for VO and sound design; native model audio, lip sync, multi-language dubbing

Avatar and UGC

- HeyGen or similar for UGC-style spokesperson ads

Finishing

- Upscaling/restoration (Topaz or equivalent), frame interpolation, artifact cleanup

Nice to Have

- Paid social creative experience (hook rate, hold rate, CTR)
- Prompt engineering discipline: structured briefs, versioning, reproducible results
- Automation experience (Make, n8n, API calls to model providers) for batch generation
- Familiarity with usage rights, licensing, and disclosure standards for AI-generated commercial work
