FINANCIAL CONTROLLER ?? ??

NearHands is looking for a Financial Controller based in Colombia to support the financial operations of a growing U.S. company.

What you’ll do

- Lead month end close and financial reporting
- Manage AP, AR, collections and reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow, working capital and customer credit
- Maintain strong accounting controls and accurate financial records
- Analyze financial performance and identify risks
- Lead and coordinate the accounting team
- Support audits, forecasting and business integrations

What we’re looking for

- Strong accounting and financial management experience
- Hands-on experience with month-end close, AP/AR and financial reporting
- Cash flow forecasting and working-capital management
- Advanced Excel and accounting software experience
- Understanding of U.S. accounting practices / US GAAP
- Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills
- Professional English proficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Experience supporting U.S. companies, QuickBooks, logistics/transportation,



factoring or multi-entity businesses is a plus not a requirement.

About NearHands:

We are a company that provides Nearshoring services, which means your work will be exclusively dedicated to a foreign company through our organization.

Conditions:

- Permanent employment contract with all legal benefits. (Contrato a termino indefinido)
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays and Sundays are off (schedule varies according to USA)
- Colombian public holidays are worked and paid with the corresponding legal surcharge.
- Salary paid in COP with bi-weekly payments.
- Remote work from home, with the option to go to the office if you prefer at any time.
- We provide you with the necessary laptop to work if you don’t have it
