Fusion CX is hiring Customer Service Associates – Non-Pay / Collections in Colombia to provide professional customer service through inbound interactions, assist with billing and account-related inquiries, and help customers with invoices, charges, payments, account balances, and telecommunications services. This role combines customer service, billing support, account assistance, and sales-oriented conversations.

You will investigate billing concerns, identify customer needs, recommend relevant solutions, and take ownership of interactions while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established processes.

Job Descriptions:

About the Role As a Customer Service Associate – Non-Pay / Collections, you will support customers through inbound interactions involving billing and account-related concerns. You will assist with invoices, charges, payments, account balances, and telecommunications services while investigating and resolving billing issues. You will also identify customer needs and relevant sales and cross-selling opportunities, explain products, plans, pricing, promotions, and billing information, and ensure customer interactions are handled accurately from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide professional customer service through inbound interactions, mainly handling billing and account-related inquiries.
- Assist customers with invoices, charges, payments, account balances, and telecommunications services.
- Investigate and resolve billing issues.
- Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products, services, or solutions.
- Identify and execute end-to-end (E2E) sales and cross-selling opportunities.
- Explain products, plans, pricing,



promotions, and billing information clearly and accurately.
- Take ownership of customer interactions from beginning to end.
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Document interactions and complete required call coding accurately.
- Follow established processes, policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards.

Job Requirements:

- High school diploma.
- Minimum 3 months of call center experience.
- Previous Customer Service experience.
- English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer and system navigation skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems.
- Customer-focused approach and comfortable working in a sales-oriented environment.
- Full-time availability.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to business needs.
