Job title: Pre-Litigation Case Manager

Schedule: • Remote Position • Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST

: We are seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our growing personal injury team. The adecuado candidate will be responsible for managing personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation resolution, coordinating medical treatment, building strong cases, reviewing insurance policies, preparing and sending demand packages, and pursuing policy limits settlements when appropriate.

Responsibilities: • Manage personal injury cases throughout the pre-litigation process.

• Coordinate and monitor clients' medical treatment and appointments.

• Review and analyze insurance policies and coverage information.

• Gather and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation.

• Build and maintain comprehensive case files.

• Communicate regularly with clients,



providers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders.

• Prepare, draft, and send demand packages to insurance companies.

• Negotiate claims and pursue policy limits settlements when applicable.

• Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in Filevine.

• Track deadlines and ensure timely progression of all assigned cases.

• Provide case status updates to attorneys and management.

• Ensure compliance with firm procedures and best practices.

Qualifications: • 3-4 years of experience as a Pre-Litigation Case Manager in a personal injury law firm. • Advanced English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal). • Must have hands-on experience using Filevine.
