Bilingual Reception & Intake Support Specialist — Remote (Latin America)

Landerholm Immigration, A.P.C.

Remote — Latin America

Full-Time Independent Contractor

$6.00–$8.00 USD per hour | Paid monthly

About Us

Landerholm Immigration, A.P.C. is a U.S. immigration law firm based in Oakland, California. Since 2011, we have advocated for immigrants facing deportation and other serious immigration challenges.

Our mission is to win 10,000 immigration cases by 2035. We are looking for a dependable, service-oriented professional who enjoys working with people and wants to contribute to meaningful work as part of a collaborative remote team.

About the Position

We are hiring a Bilingual Reception & Intake Support Specialist located in Latin America to provide adaptable support across our Reception and Client Intake functions.

This is a cross-trained, client-facing position. You will not necessarily perform every responsibility listed below at the same time or every day. Your primary responsibilities will shift depending on call volume, staffing, and the needs of the firm.

On a typical day, you may provide backup reception coverage while also assisting with overflow potential-client intake and follow-up, or client satisfaction activities. When additional coverage is needed, you may temporarily assume primary responsibility for either Reception or Client Intake.

For example, on a day when Reception requires full coverage, you may spend most of your time answering and routing incoming calls. On another day, you may spend more time conducting initial case evaluations and following up with potential clients.

When Reception and Intake coverage needs are lower, you may assist with client experience initiatives such as satisfaction surveys, gathering client feedback, and requesting online reviews.

This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys variety, communicates confidently by phone, and can comfortably shift priorities throughout the workday.
