Sr. Specialist, Operations

Summary

El Especialista en soporte operativo es un miembro clave del equipo, encargado de brindar apoyo en la gestión de datos, elaboración de reportes al cliente, tareas administrativas y resolución de incidencias operativas. Este rol trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el cliente y el equipo de operaciones para garantizar la precisión, consistencia y oportunidad en la entrega de reportes y en el cumplimiento de los indicadores de servicio.

Responsibilities

- Brindar soporte operativo y administrativo diario directamente al cliente.
- Preparar y entregar reportes, tableros e indicadores de gestión de manera oportuna.
- Monitorear y dar seguimiento a indicadores clave como Niveles de Servicio, AHT y Adherencia.
- Gestionar bases de datos en Excel, incluyendo el uso de tablas dinámicas y fórmulas avanzadas.
- Elaborar presentaciones ejecutivas en PowerPoint para reuniones de negocio y con el cliente.
- Identificar y escalar oportunamente incidencias que puedan impactar la operación.
- Apoyar actividades de análisis y pronósticos que contribuyan a la toma de decisiones.

Perfil Cualificado

- Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
- Entre 1 y 3 años en soporte a operaciones, servicio al cliente o roles administrativos similares.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, bases de datos, fórmulas).
- Dominio de PowerPoint y herramientas ofimáticas.
- Conocimientos de indicadores operativos (Niveles de Servicio, AHT, Adherencia).
- Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
- Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle.
- Organización, priorización y cumplimiento de plazos.
- Proactividad y autonomía en la gestión de tareas.




- Profesionalismo y habilidad para construir relaciones efectivas con el cliente.
