We're Hiring: Accounts Receivable Admin / Customer Accounts Coordinator We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Admin / Customer Accounts Coordinator to join our team in a home-based role.

This position will be responsible for following up on outstanding customer invoices, maintaining accurate account records, and supporting healthy cash flow through professional and consistent customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers regarding due and overdue invoices via email and phone.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment status.
- Confirm and document expected payment dates and commitments.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and next steps.
- Update internal tracking systems and spreadsheets with account status.
- Escalate disputes, issues, or non-responsive accounts when necessary.
- Clean, organize, and format data in Excel.
- Prepare basic reports and summaries from Excel data.
- Support additional administrative and accounting-related tasks as needed.

Requirements





- Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, accounting support, administration, or customer service.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate persistently while maintaining a professional and respectful approach.
- Proficiency in Excel, including filters, basic formulas, formatting, and data organization.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Comfortable making phone calls and communicating with customers via email.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection.

Work Arrangement

- Home-based / Remote
- Some overlap with the client's business hours is preferred.
