A leading multinational company specializing in business services and integral solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Lead – Payments to lead supplier payment operations, ensuring accurate and timely payment execution, compliance with financial controls, and continuous improvement across Accounts Payable processes.

? Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee supplier payment operations across multiple entities and banking platforms.
- Review and approve payment proposals, ensuring compliance with approval matrices and segregation of duties.
- Ensure all supplier payments are processed accurately and within agreed payment terms.
- Manage urgent and exceptional payment requests, securing the necessary approvals.
- Monitor payment rejections, returns, and banking exceptions, ensuring timely resolution.
- Act as the escalation point for supplier payment inquiries and internal stakeholder concerns.
- Build strong relationships with Treasury, Tax, Strategic Sourcing,



and Finance teams.
- Monitor payment-related KPIs, compliance metrics, and operational performance.
- Prepare payment activity reports, cash requirements analyses, and cash flow forecasts.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Support ERP, banking platform, and Accounts Payable system enhancement initiatives.
- Promote process standardization and maintain up-to-date operational documentation.

✅ Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Accounts Payable (AP) with a focus on supplier payments.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Team Lead or supervising Accounts Payable teams.
- Strong knowledge of payment operations, banking platforms, and financial controls.
- Experience working with SAP or other financial ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills and financial reporting experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in multinational environments or Shared Services Centers is highly preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) is mandatory.
