This is a hands‑on position that blends data governance execution with AI governance strategy, working closely with a senior director who wants a genuine thought partner, not just an execution resource. This is your opportunity to shape how governance, metrics, and responsible AI practices come together across the organization.What You'll Do- Build out and maintain the enterprise data catalog, including metadata management, data quality, and lineage.- Apply governance policies consistently across data assets.- Align AI governance practices with the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and internal policy.- Build governance metrics and AI readiness score reporting and dashboards in Power BI.- Support governance around Microsoft Purview and Microsoft Copilot.- Contribute to change management, communication, and governance council administration.- Engage consultatively with stakeholders, including senior leadership,
