Job Summary:

We are looking for a Recruitment Manager in Colombia to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT roles. The idóneo candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and experience hiring technology professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from screening to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and Boolean search for sourcing.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and provide market insights.

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience as Recruitment Manager
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment vendors and staffing partners.
- Experience recruiting software/IT professionals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of the Colombian/LATAM technology talent market.
