Job Description




An Intake Administrative Legal Aide plays a key role in supporting the intake process for new clients. This position involves assisting with the setup and organization of newly signed cases, coordinating client services, and ensuring all intake documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. The idóneo candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with file creation for newly signed cases, ensuring all client information and documentation are properly entered and organized.
- Coordinate client services by scheduling appointments and setting up clients with the nearest approved medical provider.
- Prepare and send additional documentation as needed, including termination letters, disengagement letters , and other case-related correspondence during the intake phase.
