We're a New York home care agency building a permanent, in-office team in Bogotá. This is the first hire: a team lead who will build that team with us.
Responsibilities
- Run aide scheduling and call-out coverage for our New York patients
- Write and maintain the coordinator playbook (SOPs, escalation rules, KPIs)
- Hire, train, and lead a team of 3–4 coordinators
- Report fill rate and time-to-fill weekly to US leadership
Qualifications
- C1 English (written and spoken)
- 2+ years leading a team on a US healthcare account (scheduling, prior authorization, or patient services)
- Comfortable with early‑morning US shifts
- Big plus: HHAeXchange or other EVV/scheduling software experience, Medicaid or managed‑care exposure
