As part of the General Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Manager, Business Intelligence who will:
Serve as a core partner to local Business Intelligence teams , leading reporting deliverables and supporting marketing efficiency through reliable data management and analytics.
Develop, update,



and maintain dashboards and visualizations , ensuring accuracy, functionality, and timely resolution of issues and enhancement requests.
Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and campaign wrap-up reports , using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker to present data clearly and accurately.
Extract data from multiple media platforms and perform data hygiene, quality control, and validation .
Conduct rigorous daily and weekly data quality assurance , investigating and resolving discrepancies across reporting deliverables.
Ensure adherence to data governance and taxonomy requirements .
Collaborate with Business Intelligence and Data Operations teams to integrate new data sources and reporting requirements , including parsing, benchmarking, mapping, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and implementation of fixes.
Support the collection and quality assurance of partner-provided performance data .
