What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of clients, ensuring retention and strong stakeholder trust.
- Manage renewals and support moderate growth opportunities within defined commercial frameworks.
- Guide Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery and consistent quality across engagements.
- Monitor account health, revenue performance, and provide forecasting inputs to senior leadership.
- Identify and resolve risks early, acting as the main point of escalation for your accounts.
- Translate customer goals into clear, structured creative programs.
- Use performance data and insights to support QBRs and renewal conversations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Superside 's services to identify value-driving opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on delivery and account strategy.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client services within creative, digital, or professional services environments.
- Experience managing and retaining client accounts with ownership of renewals.
- Ability to lead commercial conversations within defined pricing and deal structures.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior clients.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Project Managers and Producers.
- Comfort using data to inform account decisions and forecasting.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to connect delivery to business outcomes.
