About the role
We are hiring Senior Salesforce Developers for the Lead-to-Order squad of a client's NextGen program, which is moving from a custom CPQ to Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA). The client is a general IT and security management software company with a subscription and usage-based business.
You will own the journey from Lead to Opportunity, Account, Quote and Contract, not just quoting. You will also help the client's internal team build Revenue Cloud expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build and configure the lead-to-order flow in Revenue Cloud: Lead, Opportunity, Account, Quote and Contract.
- Implement the quoting process, including discounting, approvals, amendments and renewals.
- Develop with Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flows, favoring configuration over custom code.
- Integrate and support the sales tools around the flow, such as DocuSign, ZoomInfo and Outreach.
- Work in a Scrum squad: refine stories, estimate, demo,



and join design reviews with the architect.
- Speak up on risks and better approaches; mentor the client's internal developers.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and share reusable patterns with the team.

Experience and qualifications
- 6+ years of Salesforce development, with 2+ years on Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ or Vlocity.
- Delivery on at least one lead-to-cash or quote-to-cash implementation.
- Agile / Scrum and Salesforce DevOps (source control, CI/CD).
- Professional English; Spanish is a plus. Certifications welcome but not required.
- Proactive communicator who uses AI tools (for example, Claude) in daily development.
