Responsibilities
- Assist customers via chat with orders, products, and general inquiries.

- Accurately document interactions and follow established processes.
- Meet quality and performance goals in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- English C1 or higher.
- 6 months to 1 year of Customer Service experience.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Availability to work versátil schedules, including weekends if required.
