Angelica Potes Canada | MAPM Canadian Immigration Consulting is looking for a proactive, creative and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, 100% remote role combining marketing, content creation, lead management and sales follow-up — from content → lead → consultation → client.

We are a growing Canadian immigration consulting firm recognized for providing professional, personalized and client-focused service. We primarily work with clients in Canada and across Latin America who are looking to come to or remain in Canada.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Marketing & Content

- Manage our social media presence and content calendar.
- Create posts, Reels, stories, carousels and short-form content.
- Develop content ideas, captions and CTAs.
- Monitor performance and improve content based on KPIs.
- Develop strategies to grow our brand, community and lead generation.
- Respond to and consistently follow up with leads via social media, WhatsApp and email.
- Nurture leads and convert them into booked consultations based on monthly goals.
- Manage consultation bookings through Calendly.
- Follow up after consultations, proposals and service offers.




- Convert consultations into signed retainer agreements and meet monthly sales goals.
- Keep lead information and follow-ups organized in ClickUp.

Systems & Growth

- Use ClickUp, Calendly, Slack and AI tools.
- Follow and help improve internal workflows.
- Track marketing and sales results.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Experienced in digital marketing, social media, content creation and/or sales.
- Organized, proactive and creative.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Respectful and professional with both clients and team members.
- Comfortable working with KPIs, technology and AI tools.
- Fluent in Spanish with strong English proficiency.
- Immigration experience is not required.

WHAT WE OFFER

- 100% remote, full-time contractor position with a Canadian corporation.
