Clara in Colombia is seeking a Senior Legal Specialist to lead day-to-day legal operations for the Colombia entity, navigating evolving financial regulation and advising leadership with autonomy. You will negotiate financing rounds, draft and review commercial contracts, ensure AML/CFT and data protection compliance, and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Finance to scale fintech products.
The role requires 5+ years in fintech/tech law, strong English/Spanish skills, and a proactive ownership
