DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Health Care Compliance Officer for Colombia and Costa Rica (Project Epsilon), located in Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia.
The HCCO Colombia/Costa Rica serves as the Healthcare Compliance Officer for Colombia and Costa Rica (Project Epsilon),



providing end-to-end strategic and operational compliance leadership for DePuy Synthes' Orthopedics business. This role partners closely with country/site leadership, General Services, Legal, business and functional stakeholders, and regional and global Compliance teams to ensure ethical business conduct, effective risk management, and adherence to applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and company policies. This is a highly visible leadership role with significant impact, playing a critical role in safeguarding the organization’s reputation while enabling compliant, sustainable business growth across a complex and evolving regulatory environment.
