About the Role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will support the Operations team across logistics, procurement, claims, inventory movements, and customer order workflows. You will coordinate domestic and international shipments, maintain accurate records, review shipping documentation, and help ensure goods move from order through final delivery without unnecessary delays. This role is heavily email-based, so strong professional written communication is essential. You will work with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, suppliers, internal teams,



and Spanish-speaking customers while keeping information accurate and stakeholders updated. This is a strong fit for someone who already understands B2B logistics and wants a remote role with broad exposure to international supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and other logistics providers
- Track shipments from dispatch through final delivery and proactively flag delays, exceptions, or missed delivery milestones
- Keep suppliers, warehouses, drivers, customers, and internal teams updated with clear and timely shipment communications
- Prepare, review, and validate shipping documents including bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices, and customs documentation
- Identify and elevate discrepancies involving weights, quantities, shipping records, documentation, or delivery details
