About the Role




We are looking for a Staff Performance Marketing Manager to own multi-channel demand generation programs that drive pipeline for the Mid-Market business. This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for building and running programs that move priority audiences and accounts through the funnel toward SQLs, SQOs, and pipeline . You will own a portfolio of always-on and campaign-connected programs end to end, including strategy, build, execution, testing, measurement, and optimization . Programs may include account-based initiatives, lifecycle marketing, owned-channel nurture, and signal-based plays. Lifecycle marketing is a core channel within this portfolio, but this is not a lifecycle-only role . Success requires understanding where audiences and accounts are stalled and building targeted, multi-channel programs that accelerate progression and generate measurable business outcomes.
