This role is perfect for a seasoned recruiting professional with a strong background in technical roles and experience building teams in a COE or nearshore environment. You'll source, attract, and close top talent across engineering, technology, and business support functions for JLL Technologies' Mexico operations. You'll collaborate with AMER and general leaders to anticipate hiring needs and build a robust, localized talent pipeline in Guadalajara.
As a Senior Recruiter, you'll have direct access to our leadership team, providing valuable market insights and directly contributing to our talent acquisition strategy for the Mexico COE. You'll have the autonomy to own the entire recruiting process, supporting hiring managers and advocating for the best candidates while navigating the unique opportunities of the Guadalajara talent market.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy
- Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, understanding technical and business support roles and advising on hiring strategies tailored to the Mexico market
- Proactively source candidates through advanced methods, engaging passive talent and building a diverse talent pool in Guadalajara and surrounding regions
- Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and leadership across time zones
- Drive offer process while partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams, ensuring competitive compensation aligned with local market standards
