WE’RE HIRING: BILINGUAL TRAINER (DOCTOR/ NURSE)
Are you passionate about learning, coaching, and helping people perform at their best?
We’re looking for an experienced proffesional to join our Training team and support the development of employees within a dynamic healthcare and contact center environment.
What you’ll do
- Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training,
- facilitate new hire classes,
- conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions,
- support the development and improvement of training materials,
- collaborate with subject matter experts,
- analyze training results,
- and help identify opportunities to strengthen employee performance.

What we’re looking for
- Medical Doctor, Nurse, or professional in a related healthcare field, with experience as a trainer, instructor, or tutor. Experience delivering training within a call center environment is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience,



ideally delivering training within healthcare environments
- Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Experience with call center operations and performance metrics
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook
- English level: C1

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. EST
Schedule may vary depending on business needs.
New Hire Training:
Training classes may last up to 6 weeks.
