REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of IT recruiting experience in Colombia.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Experience closing senior-level candidates and negotiating offer terms.
- Deep understanding of the hiring process and features of the Colombia IT talent market.
- Participated in the setup of a new team in Colombia, has general knowledge of opening an R&D; office of an IT company
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits offerings among multi-national companies in Colombia.
- Strong client focus with the ability to build effective sourcing strategies and trustful relationships, supporting them in executing ambitious growth plans.




- Knowledge of local platforms for sourcing IT specialists and experience using recruiting tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Fluency in IT technical terminology, platforms, frameworks, and languages.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

AS A PLUS
- Experience working with IT researchers.
- Recruitment agency experience.
- Practical sales experience.
- Experience in team leading or mentoring.

SCOPE OF DUTIES
- Be a key person in coordinating the recruitment process in Colombia, improve our recruitment processes and educate recruiters on IT talent attraction / best practices in Colombia.
- Creation of a strong network and pipeline of potential candidates in the Colombia labor market.
- Working closely as an Account Manager with clients to better understand their hiring needs, culture, and values.
