We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely processing of financial transactions.

? Key Responsibilities
• Reconcile accounting entries and verify system reports for accuracy.
• Process and verify vendor and employee payments.
• Review invoices, resolve discrepancies, and prepare checks.
• Maintain account ledgers and historical financial records.
• Calculate sales taxes and manage petty cash disbursements.

✅ Qualifications




• High school diploma required.
• Degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and reliability.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.
• Availability to work 100% on-site in Barranquilla.
