What you will be doing:
We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn E-Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to support preventative and corrective maintenance operations across major crafts. In this role, you will be responsible for work order management, resource allocation, parts coordination, and cost estimation using CMMS tools. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure maintenance activities run smoothly, minimizing equipment downtime and production disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule preventative and corrective work for all major crafts such as mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance utilizing CMMS.
• Develop and maintain maintenance plans and schedules for equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to scope work, prioritize, and schedule maintenance activities.
• Ensure that maintenance activities are planned to minimize downtime and disruptions to production.
• Identify and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, required for maintenance tasks.




• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of necessary materials and parts.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
• Provide cost estimating and cost tracking.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Tech Stack & Tools: Hands-on exposure or experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), basic spreadsheets, and planning/scheduling tools.
• 1–3 years of experience in maintenance scheduling, work order planning, facilities support, or operational coordination.
• Foundational understanding of preventative and corrective maintenance workflows across mechanical, electrical, or general maintenance crafts.
• Basic knowledge of resource allocation, inventory/parts tracking with procurement teams, and maintenance documentation.
• Exposure to basic cost estimation and cost tracking for operational tasks.
