Role Description The Recruiter role at Amen Real Estate is a full-time remote position focused on attracting, sourcing, and onboarding real estate professionals and support staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying hiring needs, posting and managing job listings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating follow-up conversations with hiring managers. The Recruiter will build and maintain talent pipelines, network with industry professionals, and use digital platforms and social media to promote opportunities at the brokerage.



This role also involves overseeing the candidate experience, organizing onboarding activities, and collaborating with leadership to refine recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s growth plans.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing, ideally within real estate or professional services.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and applicant tracking systems or recruiting CRMs.
• Ability to use online job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract and engage candidates.
