Kapwork is a venture backed AI native startup based in Silicon Valley. The company is hiring a video AI editor to work directly for our VP of GTM and Marketing, former marketing executive at Google and Discord and also an AI Video influencer with more than two hundred thousand social media followers.
As a Video AI Editor, you will turn raw footage into at least two finished videos a week. You'll pull files from Google Drive, cut them in Adobe Premiere Pro, add lower thirds and animated titles, and deliver final cuts back to Drive. Fast, clean, and ridiculously good-looking.

This fits someone who edits quickly, has an eye for design, and reaches for AI tools whenever they speed up a cut without hurting it. You'll own the edit from brief to export, with a small team giving notes along the way.

Kapwork certifies invoices at the source, in the customer's own portal, so businesses get paid faster and Funders can trust what they finance. $650M+ certified so far.

What you'll do
• Pull raw footage, audio, and assets from Google Drive and set up the project in Premiere Pro.

• Cut at least two finished videos a week, from first assembly to final export.
• Build lower thirds, animated titles, and simple transitions in Premiere's Essential Graphics panel or After Effects.
• Handle the basics on every cut: color correction, audio cleanup and leveling, captions, and music.
• Use AI tools wherever they shorten the edit: transcript-based rough cuts, auto-captions, voice cleanup, generative fill, b-roll generation. Judge the output; don't ship it blind.
• Turn a round of notes around within one business day.
• Deliver final cuts back to Drive in the agreed folder, named and exported to spec for each channel (LinkedIn, YouTube, website). Depending on the content, we will often switch between 9 x 16 and 16 x 9 aspect ratios.
• Flag early when a deadline is at risk, with a recommendation on what to cut or move.

What you bring
• Native or English proficiency is a must.
• Fluent in A
