We are seeking a highly capable Marketing Manager to oversee and execute the firm’s marketing efforts, strengthen lead generation, improve conversion systems, and drive measurable growth.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to turn advertising, content, websites, and follow-up systems into qualified leads and signed clients.
Position OverviewThe Marketing Manager will manage and optimize Gaslamp Law Group’s paid advertising, lead-generation funnels,



marketing workflows, website performance, content strategy, and analytics.
You will work directly with the firm’s founder and coordinate with the intake team, paid media specialists, developers, designers, content creators, and outside vendors.
Success will be measured by lead quality, client acquisition costs, conversion rates, and the number of qualified clients retained.
Core ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising Oversight• Manage and optimize paid advertising across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop campaigns for the firm’s lemon law and personal injury practices.
• Improve cost per qualified lead and cost per signed client.
• Monitor campaign performance, conversion tracking, advertising spend, and return on investment.
• Coordinate with external media buyers, agencies, and vendors as needed.
• Test new audiences, creative concepts, messaging, and landing page
