Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic SAP Business Development Manager to drive growth across the United States and Latin America (LATAM). This role focuses on expanding our SAP consulting services by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in both mature and emerging markets. The idóneo candidate will have strong knowledge of the SAP ecosystem, experience working across diverse cultures,



and a proven track record in enterprise software consulting sales.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development (US & LATAM)
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets in the US and LATAM.
• Build strong relationships with local and regional stakeholders, including SAP account teams, partners, and client executives.

Sales & Revenue Generation
• Sell SAP consulting services, including S/4HANA transformation, SAP cloud solutions, SAP BTP, and specialized solutions such as EWM and SuccessFactors.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation through negotiation and deal closure.

Strategic Relationship Management
• Cultivate relationships with executives at prospective and existing client organizations.
• Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to tailor solutions to each region’s market conditions and client needs.

Regional Market Strategy
