About Viva Talent
Viva Talent connects US companies with exceptional Executive Assistants and opens meaningful, career-defining work for talented people across Latin America. We’re a globally distributed team of 200+ members across 15+ countries and 3 continents, on a mission to expand real opportunity for women in LatAm. • Run an AI-assisted workflow. Use AirOps, ChatGPT, Claude or similar tools for research, outlines and drafts, then apply your own judgment for accuracy, originality and voice.
• Optimize existing content. Use Google Search Console and GA4 to decide what to rewrite, consolidate or improve, and move pages up the rankings.
• Apply on-page SEO and AEO. Headings, metadata, internal linking, schema, direct answers and FAQs that AI search can quote.
• Research competitors. Find content gaps and ranking opportunities.
• Own the publishing cadence. Keep the editorial calendar on tra
