The role
We're opening a brand-new spot on our Creative team for someone who is as comfortable in Premiere Pro and Photoshop as in ElevenLabs, Magnific or Higgsfield. You'll turn briefs into finished design, video and audio, and use AI to make the whole process faster and sharper.

What you'll do
• Create and adapt graphics, videos, motion pieces and voiceovers for campaigns using Adobe and AI tools.
• Turn raw AI output into polished, on-brand assets.
• Produce variations and format adaptations for different platforms.
• Test new AI tools and share what works with the team.
• Keep your work visible in Monday and stay in close touch on Slack.

What you bring
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects (a basic level is fine).
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools like ElevenLabs,



Magnific, Higgsfield or similar.
• A portfolio or reel with real work, including AI-assisted pieces.
• An eye for detail, curiosity and a drive to keep learning.
• Availability for 4 consecutive hours a day overlapping US Eastern Time.
• Comfort tracking your work hours with Time Doctor.
• English is a plus, not a requirement.
