About the Role
Allied Global is looking for an experienced Bilingual Level 2 IT Technician to join an established technical support team. This role is ideal for an IT professional with hands-on troubleshooting experience, strong customer service skills, and full professional fluency in both French and English.
You will provide Level 2 technical support, troubleshoot IT issues, manage support tickets, and collaborate with a technical team to ensure efficient service delivery in a fast-paced IT environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide Level 2 technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-related issues.
• Manage support tickets, resolve technical incidents, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Work with Autotask/Datto and established IT service management processes.




• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical information accurately.
• Collaborate with the technical team to support daily operations and service requests.
• Communicate professionally with users and team members in both French and English.

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Level 2 IT Technician or IT Support Engineer.
• Fluent French and English, both written and spoken – mandatory.
• Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment or client-facing IT support is highly preferred.
• Experience with Autotask and/or Datto is a strong advantage.
• Solid troubleshooting, problem-solving, and ticket management skills.
• Ability to handle Level 1.5 and Level 2 technical issues.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a technical team.
