Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or data entry
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Clear communication skills, with exceptional written grammar, tone, and clarity
- Strong multitasking skills,



including researching information across computer systems while composing professional emails
- Self-motivation, willingness to learn, and adaptability to change
- Familiarity with U.S. insurance terminology preferred

Responsibilities
- Provide expert service and guidance to customers exclusively through email and ticketing platforms.
- Ensure the correct documents are requested, processed, and sent based on each customer's specific insurance situation.
- Complete tasks with clear, organized notes while following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Explain the value proposition clearly in written correspondence.
- Meet team targets for ticket volume, quality assurance (QA), and processing speed.
