? Key Responsibilities

• ? Make outbound and inbound calls in English and Spanish to prospective buyers and sellers.
• ? Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and other prospecting activities.
• ? Build relationships with prospects and identify their real estate needs, budget, location, and timeline.
• ? Schedule appointments, property showings, consultations, and follow-up calls.
• ? Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and maximize conversion opportunities.
• ? Update CRM records, document call activity,



and track lead progress.
• ? Collaborate closely with the real estate agent to transition qualified leads into appointments and potential clients.
• ⭐ Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the real estate team professionally.

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work adaptable hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, lead generation, inside sales in real estate (MANDATORY).
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and engaging prospective clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and follow-ups.
• Highly organized, proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
