We are looking for a customer-focused, bilingual professional to join an on-site customer service team in Barranquilla. In this role, you will assist customers of an online clothing retailer with product inquiries, orders, sizing, returns, exchanges, and website-related issues.

The adecuado candidate communicates confidently in both English and Spanish, enjoys helping people, and can navigate online systems efficiently while providing accurate, friendly, and solution-oriented support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, sizing, availability, and order-related questions.
• Help resolve website navigation, checkout, tracking, return, and exchange issues.
• Investigate customer concerns and provide clear, practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer and interaction records.
• Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining a positive customer experience.

We want someone who can do more than simply answer questions.



You should be able to understand customer concerns, communicate clearly in both languages, navigate digital tools confidently, and take ownership of finding the right solution.

Compensation

• $230 USD per week
