Role Description The Pharmacist & Clinical Solutions Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Bogota, D.C. This role combines direct pharmaceutical expertise with clinical operations support.
We are looking for a bilingual professional with a background in healthcare, pharmacy or medical equipment to represent a US-based healthcare company and support clients in the acquisition of medical equipment and supplies.
Responsibilities
Assist healthcare facilities and B2B clients with medical equipment needs.
Recommend appropriate products and solutions based on client requirements.
Manage client communication from initial inquiry through post-sale support.
Explain medical and technical product information clearly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients.
Requirements
Background in Pharmacy, Healthcare, medical equipment, or a related field.
Advanced English (C1/C2) and excellent communication skills.
Experience in customer service, sales, client relations, or B2B account management.
Knowledge of medical terminology and/or clinical equipment.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
