I’m looking for a reliable, organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant based in Medellín, Colombia, to assist me with various personal, business, and day-to-day responsibilities.
I’m an entrepreneur and business coach from the United States, and I’ll be spending an extended period of time in Medellín.
I’m looking for someone who knows the city well, can help me navigate everyday life in Colombia, and make things easier and more efficient while I’m here.
This is a hands-on position that will involve a variety of responsibilities. No two days will necessarily look the same.
? WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
You’ll assist with a combination of personal, administrative, and business-related tasks, including:
* Managing appointments, reservations, and scheduling* Helping coordinate transportation and daily activities* Running errands and handling personal requests* Researching local businesses, services,



and vendors* Scheduling appointments with local service providers* Making phone calls and communicating with local businesses* Helping with shopping, purchases, and deliveries* Assisting with travel arrangements and logistics* Helping coordinate meetings and business activities* Translating or assisting with communication when necessary* Accompanying me to appointments, meetings, or other locations* Helping organize and manage daily priorities* Handling miscellaneous tasks and special projects as needed
? DRIVING IS REQUIRED
You must have a valid driver’s license, be comfortable driving in Medellín, and have a good understanding of the surrounding areas.
You should also be familiar with neighborhoods such as El Poblado, Envigado, Laureles, and other areas throughout Medellín.
Having your own vehicle is a plus, but not required.
