What You'll Do• Own a territory built around where you live, so you spend your time with customers and not in traffic
• Hunt for new business through cold calls, in-person visits, LinkedIn, networking and referrals. New logos are the priority.
• Manage and grow a set of existing PLG accounts
• Learn each shipper's lanes, volumes and pain points, then put together a solution from all of our service lines
• Quote, negotiate and close, then work with our LTL and Truckload operations teams to deliver
• Keep every contact, activity and opportunity up to date in our CRM
• Attend regular sales meetings at our Encino office
