Aclarian is growing, and we are looking for an Accounting Data Conversion Specialist to support our ERP implementation team.

This
role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation, excellent Excel
skills, and the ability to work through detailed financial data with accuracy
and consistency. The right candidate will help with account mapping, trial
balance and transaction history data conversions, and general ledger setup
activities for local government clients.

Key
Responsibilities:
•Assist with account mapping and chart of accounts setup
•Support trial balance and transaction history data conversions
•Help configure general ledger structures during ERP implementations
•Review financial data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
•Coordinate with internal implementation, accounting, and technical teams
•Occasionally communicate with clients to clarify data needs or project
requirements
•Use Excel and other tools to clean, organize, and validate accounting data

Idóneo Candidate:

•Strong Excel skills
• Strong power BI skills
• Background in accounting,



bookkeeping, audit, ERP implementation, or financial systems
•Experience with general ledger setup, chart of accounts, account mapping, or
financial data conversion
•Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
•Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
•Comfortable working with financial data, reports, and transaction history
•Technical skills are preferred, including experience with databases, data
imports, APIs, SQL, or ERP systems
•Located in Central or South America is preferred due to time zone alignment
