At Desks Virtual Solutions, you’ll support U.S. medical practices and become the person patients rely on during one of the most important moments of their lives: their surgical journey.

✨Compensation: $3.550.000 base salary + $450.000 performance bonus
This is not a traditional call center role. You’ll solve problems, coordinate care, and make a real impact on every patient experience.

✨ What you’ll do
• Guide patients through preoperative and postoperative care• Coordinate surgery rescheduling and patient requests• Create lab orders and track medical documentation for surgical authorization• Review




laboratory results submitted by patients• Keep patient records accurate and up to date• Deliver exceptional service with a strong focus on First Call Resolution

✅ We’re looking for
• C1 or Native English with outstanding communication skills• Customer service or patient coordination experience• A proactive, organized, and detail oriented mindset• The ability to communicate confidently with U.S. patients all day, every day• Availability to work on site in North Cali
