Full-Time Paralegal | Medellín, Colombia | Remote Evening Shift

Barakat + Bossa, a U.S.-based law firm, is seeking a Paralegal to join our international legal team.

About the role
This is a full-time remote position for someone based in Medellín, Colombia. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM COT.

You’ll work with our U.S. legal team to support litigation matters. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys and senior paralegals with drafting legal documents, managing case files, conducting research, and coordinating litigation support tasks.

We provide comprehensive training; prior U.S. legal experience is not required.

Qualifications
• Licensed to practice law in Colombia
• C1 English proficiency, written and spoken
• Strong academic record (GPA of 4.0 or higher)
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills




• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn case-management software
• Prior paralegal, legal assistant, or litigation experience is a plus
• Ability to consistently work the 2:00 PM–11:00 PM COT evening shift, Monday through Fridayly
